Processing time
Every order is prepared by hand. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) after payment is confirmed.
Shipping time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery takes 14–21 business days. Delivery estimates start from the day your order ships, not the day it was placed.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays and other events outside our control can occasionally add time.
Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat $10.00 per order.
Tracking
When your order ships, we’ll send tracking information to the email address used at checkout.
Shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. You can ask us to correct your address within 24 hours of purchase (see our Refund & Return policy). After that window, or once an order has shipped, we can’t change the address and aren’t responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery — see our Refund & Return policy for what to include.
