These terms apply when you use this website or buy from KooKoo (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them, along with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return policy and Privacy Policy.
Products
We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and product photos are for illustration.
Pricing and payment
- Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping is a flat $10.00 per order.
- Payment is taken in full at checkout and processed securely by Square.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.
Orders and availability
Placing an order is an offer to buy. All orders are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we’ll refund that item.
Order changes, returns and cancellations
All sales are final. Returns, refunds and cancellations are only available as described in our Refund & Return policy (wrong item, damaged in delivery, or unavailable item). Size and address changes are available if requested within 24 hours of purchase.

Processing and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy and are estimates, not guarantees. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
Intellectual property
The KooKoo name, logos, characters, artwork, designs and website content belong to KooKoo and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses or for delays caused by events outside our control.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
